請用您註冊塔友時使用的電子郵件提出申請，我們才能驗證身分並處理刪除。
如何申請
- 點下方按鈕開啟郵件，或填寫本頁表單。
- 使用註冊信箱寄出，主旨請保持「刪除塔友帳號」。
- 我們驗證身分後，通常於 30 日內完成刪除，並以電子郵件回覆結果。
若按鈕無法開啟郵件 App，請自行寄信至 kccazure2@gmail.com，主旨寫「刪除塔友帳號」。

會刪除的資料
- 帳號資料：電子郵件、登入憑證、使用者 ID
- 個人檔案：暱稱、能量值、形象／穿搭設定
- 占卜紀錄、筆記與收藏
- 許願內容與共鳴紀錄
- 聊天訊息與您傳送的聊天圖片
- 與帳戶綁定的內購入帳狀態（App 內可再使用的項目）
可能保留的資料

| Google Play / App Store 付款與退款紀錄 | 由商店依其政策保存；我們無法要求商店刪除金流紀錄 |
| 已去識別化或彙總後的營運數據 | 無法再識別特定使用者，用於服務改善 |
| 法令要求必須保存的紀錄 | 例如帳務、防詐或主管機關要求的最低保存期間 |
| 已公開許願中無法完整回收的內容 | 我們會刪除或改為匿名；其他使用者裝置上可能仍短暫留有快取 |
刪除完成後，您將無法再以同一帳號登入。若之後再次註冊，會是全新帳戶。

Delete account and associated data
Use this page to request deletion of your Tayo (塔友) account and associated personal data. Please send the request from the email address you registered with so we can verify your identity.
We usually complete verified requests within 30 days and reply by email.
Data we delete
- Account credentials and user ID
- Profile, avatar/outfit settings, and energy balance
- Divination records, notes, and favorites
- Wishes and resonance activity
- Chat messages and images you sent
- In-app purchase entitlement tied to the account
Data we may retain
- Google Play / App Store payment records, which those stores keep under their own policies
- De-identified or aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you
- Records we are legally required to keep
