歡迎使用「塔友」（Tayo，以下稱「本 App」）。本隱私權政策說明營運者 Leadion（以下稱「我們」）如何蒐集、使用、保存、分享與刪除您的個人資料。使用本 App，即表示您了解本政策所述之處理方式。
本政策係依本 App 目前實際功能撰寫，若日後新增登入方式、廣告、分析或推播等功能，我們會同步更新本頁與商店資料安全資訊。
1. 我們蒐集哪些資料

我們目前不會為廣告目的蒐集廣告識別碼，也沒有把您的資料賣給第三方。
2. 我們如何使用資料
- 建立與管理您的帳號，驗證登入身分。
- 提供占卜、筆記、許願、聊天、個人形象與商店等核心功能。
- 核銷 App 內購買、發放能量或商品，並防止詐欺或重複請款。
- 將解讀文字轉成語音（若您使用朗讀功能）。
- 進行內容審核、維運、錯誤修復與資訊安全。
- 依您的請求回覆客服、處理資料刪除或更正。
- 遵守適用法令、商店政策或有權機關之合法要求。
3. 權限說明
- 網路：登入、同步資料、聊天、購買驗證與語音功能所必需。
- 相機：僅在您於聊天中選擇拍照並傳送時使用。
- 相簿：僅在您選擇上傳既有照片時使用。
- 位置：僅在您選擇於聊天分享位置時使用，可隨時拒絕授權。
拒絕非必要權限不會影響登入與占卜等基本功能，但相關附加功能將無法使用。
4. 資料分享與第三方服務
為提供本 App 功能，我們會把必要資料提供給以下服務供應商。他們僅能依其職務與隱私政策處理資料：
- Supabase：帳號認證、資料庫與後端資料保存。
- Microsoft Azure：應用程式後端（購買驗證等）及 Azure Speech 語音合成。
- Stream：即時聊天、訊息與聊天圖片傳送。
- Knowlez：部分語音合成服務（若您選用對應語音）。
- Google Play / Apple App Store：處理付款、收據與退款。付款卡號等金流資料由商店處理，我們不會取得完整信用卡號。
- Google Fonts：App 顯示字型時，可能向 Google 伺服器請求字型檔。
許願牆等社群功能中，您主動發布的暱稱與內容可能對其他使用者可見。請勿在公開內容中留下真實姓名、電話、地址或其他敏感資料。
除上述情形、您的同意、或法律要求外，我們不會向無關第三方提供您的個人資料。
5. 跨境傳輸
本 App 的伺服器與第三方服務可能位於台灣以外地區（例如雲端服務所在國家／地區）。您的資料可能因此被傳輸、保存或處理於境外。我們會要求供應商採取合理的安全措施。
6. 保存期間
- 帳號與個人檔案：在您的帳號存續期間保存。
- 占卜紀錄、筆記、許願、聊天與購買入帳紀錄：為提供服務與帳務所需而保存。
- 技術日誌：通常僅短期保存，用於安全與除錯。
- 帳號刪除後：我們會在合理期間內刪除或去識別化，但法令要求保留的交易／帳務紀錄除外。
7. 資料安全
我們透過加密傳輸（HTTPS）、存取控制與第三方雲端安全機制保護資料。但沒有任何網路傳輸或電子保存方式能保證百分之百安全。請妥善保管您的密碼，不要與他人共用帳號。
8. 您的權利與帳號刪除
依《個人資料保護法》等適用法令，您可以請求查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充更正、停止蒐集／處理／利用，或刪除您的個人資料。
若要刪除帳戶及關聯資料，請前往：刪除塔友帳戶與關聯資料。該頁說明會刪除與可能保留的資料，並提供申請表單。您也可以用註冊信箱寄至 kccazure2@gmail.com，主旨寫「刪除塔友帳號」。我們會在驗證身分後處理，通常於 30 日內完成。
刪除帳號後，您的個人檔案、占卜紀錄、許願與聊天內容原則上不再提供服務存取；部分已公開的許願內容可能改為匿名或移除。商店內購紀錄仍可能由 Google / Apple 依其政策保存。
9. 兒童隱私
本 App 並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，我們也不會故意蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。若您是家長或監護人，發現兒童提供了個人資料，請與我們聯絡，我們會儘速刪除。
10. 政策更新
我們可能因功能、法令或第三方服務變更而更新本政策。更新後會在本頁公布新版本與生效日期。重大變更時，我們也會在 App 或商店頁面適當告知。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Leadion (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal information in the Tayo mobile app (Chinese name: 塔友). By using the app, you understand the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), and user ID.
- Profile data: display name, energy balance, avatar/outfit settings, and appearance preferences you choose.
- Readings and notes: spreads, drawn cards, interpretations, favorites, and divination history.
- Wishes: wish text you publish, resonance activity, and moderation status. Some wish content may be visible to other users.
- Chat: messages and images you send.
- Photos: camera or photo-library images, only when you choose to send them.
- Purchases: product IDs, purchase status, and store receipts/tokens needed to credit items. Payment card numbers are handled by Google Play / the App Store, not by us.
- Text-to-speech content: interpretation text you ask the app to read aloud.
- Device and technical data: device type, OS, app version, IP address, connection logs, crash/error logs, and local preferences.
- Location (optional): only if you choose to share location in chat. We do not track location in the background.
We do not sell your personal information, and we currently do not collect advertising IDs for ads.
2. How we use information
- Create and operate your account.
- Provide readings, notes, wishes, chat, avatar, and shop features.
- Verify in-app purchases, grant items/energy, and prevent fraud.
- Generate speech when you use read-aloud.
- Moderate content, maintain security, and fix bugs.
- Respond to support and data requests.
- Comply with law and app-store rules.
3. Permissions
- Internet: required for login, sync, chat, purchase verification, and speech.
- Camera / Photos: used only when you send a chat image.
- Location: used only if you share location in chat.
4. Sharing and processors
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the app:
- Supabase (authentication and database)
- Microsoft Azure (backend, purchase verification, and Azure Speech)
- Stream (chat messages and chat images)
- Knowlez (optional text-to-speech voices)
- Google Play / Apple App Store (payments)
- Google Fonts (font files used by the app)
Content you publish on public features such as the wish wall may be visible to other users. Do not post sensitive personal data there.
5. International transfer
Servers and processors may be located outside your country. Your information may be transferred and stored in those locations under reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep account and service data while your account is active. After deletion, we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example store transactions).
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and cloud-provider security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please keep your password confidential.
8. Your rights and account deletion
You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and associated data, use this page: Delete Tayo account and associated data. You can also email kccazure2@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject “Delete Tayo account”. After we verify your identity, we will usually complete the request within 30 days.
9. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when features, law, or processors change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
